Update on Coronavirus!!
Online orders are currently running as normal so customers can get items they may need to care for their ponds.
We will NOT be opening the shop this weekend as planned . For those of you that struggle with ordering online we can take your order via mail order.
Here at Cotswold Koi we want to prioritise the health of our fish as well as our customers. We also believe at this time our gardens and ponds can have a huge impact on our mental health.
We believe our role serving customers and the community during this time is a critical one, and we want to make sure our customers can get the items they need, when they need them. As COVID-19 has spread, we’ve recently seen an increase in people shopping online which has had an impact on how we serve our customers, but we are working to ensure availability of essential products.
For the latest information and advice on COVID-19, please refer to the latest updates by the UK Government.
