Robert, the owner of Cotswold Koi has a very traditional take on customer service. In essence nothing is too much trouble for him. To illustrate, even in the depths of winter he was willing to make a visit to my home and fix a filtration system. All done in a timely manner and at a very reasonable cost whilst the snow and ice were all about. He could have easily passed on the job (or charged an extortionate fee) but he did not. All credit to him. The other thing to mention is his depth of knowledge, he really does know his stuff and his stock is second to none – and then when it comes to choosing your fish he does not bamboozle you as he guides your decision making. I would and have recommended him as the first port of call.
