These koi have been hand selected in Japan on the 03/03/25 if you would like to reserve any please complete checkout to reserve your choice. Shipping or Collection is available if you are planning to buy multiple koi over our trip please select collection and we can calculate the shipping cost before shipment based on the amount of boxes required.
Delivery
These koi will be shipped to the UK on the 07/04/25 and will be in Quarantine for 4 weeks minimum, So they will not be available to ship until at least the 05/05/25. We will happily keep them for a following 4 weeks if required FOC 02/06/25, we will charge a small fee to keep them any longer than this date.
Overnight delivery is available on all koi via APC Overnight courier (+£30). koi are scheduled to arrive by 12:00pm (Midday) and you MUST be in to sign for the fish. Delivery days are Wednesday or Thursday.
We will always contact you before the delivery to confirm a suitable date or if you wish to collect, but pay to reserve your choice, please select the free shipping option.

How are shipping works
We have several different ways of shipping available on our website for you to select when you go through to checkout
1, We use Evri for our Economy service this service can take between 2 and 5 day This service starts from £4.90
This is because Evri collect from us on a Monday and Thursday only which will be a Tuesday and Friday delivery to you
2, We use DPD for our premium/standard service which is next working day delivery This service prices start from £7.95
This is collected from us Monday through to Friday This is NOT a Guaranteed next day delivery service however it is a overnight service and is quite often delivered to you the next day, excluding remote areas
3, We use Dx Freight for our standard large service for things like Pipe lengths and larger items This service is £19.95
This is on a next working day delivery and is Monday through to Friday.
4, We use APC for our Fish delivery service This service is £35
This is an overnight service Koi will be scheduled to arrive between 8.00am – 12:00 midday.
You also MUST be in to sign for the koi.
Delivery days are Wednesday, Thursday & now Fridays and will always be pre arranged with you
5, Some larger items and bespoke items are dropped shipped this is to speed up delivery
6, We also ship from our supplier from warehouse again this is to speed up delivery
7, We also offer Free Delivery on orders over £100 excluding lengths of pipes and live fish
Lengths of pipe are sent with DX and have a price of £19.95
Live fish are sent with APC and have a price of £35.00
All our shipping company’s do give us tracking information that you should receive by email this includes any orders we drop ship.
