The Aqua Source Synergy GT30 Gravity Trickle offers an alternative to the standard drum and bio chamber set up, with a combination of the drum and a trickle filter! The unique concept of the Synergy Gravity Trickle is the gravity setup. All trickle filters must be installed above water level, which is often an aesthetic problem , but not with the GT30!
With a specially designed water level regulator, the water flows on the upper drip plate. As a result, the water is optimally distributed over the underlying material. The weir assembly ensures that the water level remains constant regardless of the capacity of the pond pump. This design creates the best pre-filtration through the drum screen, and the best biological process through the trickle section.
