The TMC Pro Pond UV 110 watt is designed for large ponds, incorporating Ultrabead, Aquadyne, Bubblebead, Polygeyser and Nexus Eazy 300 filtration systems and can be used for pressurised systems up to 56psi.
The Pro Pond UV 110 watt has 2″ solvent weld inlet and outlet ports and may be connected to either flexible or rigid plumbing using the appropriate plumbing fittings (not supplied). The TMC Pro Pond UV 110 watt uses fused quartz glass sleeves which ensure that germicidal lamps are able to reach their optimum ‘burn temperature’ where the highest amount of UVc radiation is emitted. Also facilitates simple lamp replacement by keeping lamp separate from the pond water.
TMC Pro-Pond UV 110 watt features:

This is a great simple way to install your Amalgam Submersible UVC simply drill a 48mm hole in the desired location, insert the male part of the connector from the outside with the provided rubber seal. then tread the nut on from the inside. Then slide the Quartz tube though the connector from the outside with the O-ring provided with the uvc. insert the bulb, plug in the bulb connector and tighten the locking nut.
Connector for Amalgam Submersible UVC requires a 48mm hole.

Delta UV EA Series
A new series of professional Stainless Steel UVC-units for ponds, pools, whirpools etc. The Delta Ultraviolet’s Elektra® Pro Delta Bio-UV series of UV sanitizers have been in production since 1999. These 100% Stainless Steel housing systems have become the “Cadillac” of UV sanitizers for the Koi Pond industry and have gained a reputation second to none for quality, functionality, performance and reliability.
Five different model sizes are available for circulation systems with water flow rates from 800 GPH (3,600 LPH) to 3,450 GPH (15,600 LPH). All models are available in 120V and 240V 50/60 Hz electrical ratings for worldwide application.
Exclusive features, as mentioned above include a 316 stainless steel housing that allows for 360° rotation of the inlet and outlet unions for ease of installation. Another key exclusive feature not commonly found in similar units is the inclusion of unions at each end of the stainless steel housing to facilitate cleaning of the quartz tube, should it be necessary.
As you can clearly see from the image below these UV’s can be mounted either vertically or horizontally.
Like all Delta Ultraviolet systems, Delta’s propriety High Output (HO) low pressure lamp is capable of 30,000 µ/sec./cm2 output lamp end-of-life (EOL) when design flow rates are maintained. This is the same requirement for Class A drinking water. The long life lamp is rated at 9000 hours of continuous use (approximately 1 year).
The UV-5 and UV-10 models contain a 3″ (076mm) Stainless Steel chamber, whilst the UV-4H10, UV-20, and UV-40 models each have a 4″ (100mm) Stainless Steel chamber. All models have 63mm solvent connections.

Yamitsu Algae Master Pond UV Clarifier 25W
Yamitsu algae master uv’s are made from UV stabilised materials to ensure a longer life and incorporate turbulators to enhance the unit’s performance. Large inlet and exhaust ports make the algae master uv suitable for a wide range of pond uv applications. It is recommended that the algae master uv should be installed using solid solvent weld pipe.
However, all algae master uv’s come complete with free (glue in) hosetails enabling them to be connected to ½”, ¾”, 1″, 1¼” and 1½” flexible pipe. Algae master uv’s will also fit most popular 1½” household solvent weld waste and pressure pipes.
Yamitsu Algae Master Pond UV Clarifier 25w Installation
If you have a severe algae problem you should effect a partial water change before starting the installation. Yamitsu Algae Master Pond UV can be added to any existing filtration system. For best results algae master units should be fitted in line, after the pump, with water being forced through them. Use the largest size of pipe possible. If hosetails are to be used, it is very important that they are trimmed to the largest possible size that will fit inside the flexible pipe (before glueing in place). This will ensure that the maximum flow rate can be obtained for the size of pipe.
Yamitsu Algae Master UV Maintenance
Although maintenance is minimal all UV lamps need replacing at six monthly intervals. The algae master’s uv lamp may be illuminated and appear to be working but the radiation dosage diminishes with age and is ineffective after six months. Dispose of used uv lamps sensibly. Even exhausted uv lamps should NEVER be looked at directly when illuminated.
As the algae master uv is dependant upon water passing through it, it is important to ensure that any pump strainers, pre-filters or delivery pipes are not blocked or are causing the flow to be restricted.
