The Filtreau Drum Filter features two 110mm inlets and one 110mm outlet, allowing for a smooth water flow and efficient filtration. Made from high-quality materials such as PA, stainless steel 316, FPM seal, and high-pressure PVC, this filter is built to withstand the demands of continuous operation. With a diameter of 38x40cm, the drum provides ample filtration capacity while maintaining a compact design. The gearbox, equipped with a 27Nm slip clutch, ensures reliable and precise operation, minimizing the risk of any disruptions.

The screen panels of the Filtreau Drum Filter are made of 70-micron stainless steel 316, effectively capturing debris and impurities for crystal-clear water. The flat jet nozzles and high-pressure PVC spray bar enhance the filtration process, distributing water evenly for optimal cleaning performance.

The filter comes with a control box featuring IP44 protection, ensuring durability and safety even in demanding environments. The manual control push button allows for easy operation and monitoring of the filtration system.

With a body dimension of 79x48x54cm (total length 79cm, including waste collector), the Filtreau Drum Filter is designed for convenient installation and maintenance. All components are easily replaceable, providing hassle-free maintenance and quick changes when needed.

Rest assured with the included 2-year warranty on all parts (excluding screen elements) and the CE approval for both the UV-C and Drum body. How are shipping works

We have several different ways of shipping available on our website for you to select when you go through to checkout

 

1, We use Evri for our Economy service this service can take between 2 and 5 day This service starts from £4.90

This is because Evri collect from us on a Monday and Thursday only  which will be a Tuesday and Friday delivery to you

 

2, We use DPD for our premium/standard service which is next working day delivery This service prices start from £7.95

This is collected from us Monday through to Friday This is NOT a Guaranteed next day delivery service however it is a overnight service and is quite often delivered to you the next day, excluding remote areas

 

3, We use Dx Freight for our standard large service for things like Pipe lengths and larger items This service is £19.95

This is on a next working day delivery and is Monday through to Friday.

 

4, We use APC for our Fish delivery service This service is £35

This is an overnight service  Koi will be scheduled to arrive between 8.00am – 12:00 midday.

You also  MUST be in to sign for the koi.

Delivery days are Wednesday, Thursday & now Fridays and will always be pre arranged with you

 

5, Some larger items and bespoke items are dropped shipped this is to speed up delivery

6, We also ship from our supplier from warehouse again this is to speed up delivery

 

7, We also offer Free Delivery on orders over £100  excluding lengths of pipes and live fish

Lengths of pipe are sent with DX and have a price of £19.95

Live fish are sent with APC and have a price of £35.00

Based on the highly successful OASE ProfiClear Premium L Drum Filter technology, the new ProfiClear XL pond filter system can be used to filter ponds up to 530,000 Litres (or 100,000 Litre Koi Ponds). The automated Drum Module has been oversized to remove particles and pollutants even in highly sedimented ponds. The XL Drum module is offered in both pump fed and gravity fed guises.

The Pump Fed XL Filter Drum features 5 water inlets for connection to submersed AquaMax Eco Expert pumps and the new Bitron Premium Ultraviolet Clarifiers. The Pump Fed XL Drum Filter Module is supplied with intelligent filter-mounted controller for automatic cleaning of the 16 individual drum filter sieves. The Draco Drum Minima Combi Unit is perfect for quarantines and average stocked ponds upto 2000 gallons. This compact unit is needed where there is very little space as it is only 30.5cm wide. Height above static pond water level is 17.5cm . Media capacity is approximately 40 litres and can take micro K1. An additional bolt on bio unit will be available, allowing the user to seamlessly double the biological capacity of the filter.

Features:

  • The integrated controller has start / emergency stop buttons and a knob allowing you to change the length of wash. LED indicator shows the length of time between washes in minutes.  Status of the unit is via 4 colour coded LEDs.
  • Low voltage, sealed water valves and drive units utilising an extremely low geared stepper motor drive system mean that only 12 volts is anywhere near your pond water.
  • Designed to run without a noisy and power hungry wash pump in most circumstances (they are available if required). On standby the unit can use less than 12 watts and in full wash mode, use 35 watts. It is entirely possible to run it off a car battery for prolonged periods of time.
