Kockney Koi Platinum 20000 Filter
The Kockney Koi Platinum 20,000 Filter is a premium, high-capacity filtration unit designed to deliver outstanding water clarity and biological performance for koi and garden ponds. Built for durability and efficiency, this unit is ideal for pond keepers who want hassle-free maintenance and crystal-clear results. The Fibreglass filter from Kockney Koi is Suitable for goldfish ponds to 20000 litres with 700 inches of goldfish or a 10000 litre koi pond with 160 inches of koi. The total surface area of the media included is greater than 53m2. This creates a substantially greater internal area for bio-mass to thrive. Kintama has double the surface area of most fluid bed medias. The Kockney Koi Platinum 20000 also has the option to be used with 2 pumps.
Kit Includes:
- 6 pieces of corrugated foam media in three different grades (coarse, medium, fine) for effective mechanical filtration and strong bacterial colonisation
- A sheet of filter wadding for fine water polishing
- A sheet of activated carbon to help remove impurities, odours, and discoloration
- A sheet of Blue Matting, offering additional surface area for mechanical and biological filtration
- A generous amount of Kintama Black filter media, providing 2.33 m² of bacterial surface area per litre, allowing bacteria to grow both inside and out
- A debris collector bag for easy maintenance
- Filter starter bacteria to prime the system and kickstart biological activity
- UV clarifier compatibility for even clearer, algae-free water should you wish to add the optional UV to the system
Pump requirements:
5000 lph to a max flow rate 12000 litres per hour.
Can be used with 15w or 25w UV

This is because Evri collect from us on a Monday and Thursday only which will be a Tuesday and Friday delivery to you
2, We use DPD for our premium/standard service which is next working day delivery This service prices start from £7.95
This is collected from us Monday through to Friday This is NOT a Guaranteed next day delivery service however it is a overnight service and is quite often delivered to you the next day, excluding remote areas
3, We use Dx Freight for our standard large service for things like Pipe lengths and larger items This service is £19.95
This is on a next working day delivery and is Monday through to Friday.
4, We use APC for our Fish delivery service This service is £35
This is an overnight service Koi will be scheduled to arrive between 8.00am – 12:00 midday.
You also MUST be in to sign for the koi.
Delivery days are Wednesday, Thursday & now Fridays and will always be pre arranged with you
5, Some larger items and bespoke items are dropped shipped this is to speed up delivery
6, We also ship from our supplier from warehouse again this is to speed up delivery
7, We also offer Free Delivery on orders over £100 excluding lengths of pipes and live fish
Lengths of pipe are sent with DX and have a price of £19.95
Live fish are sent with APC and have a price of £35.00
