Kockney Koi Platinum 26000/30000 Filter
The Kockney Koi Platinum 26000 to 30000 Filter is engineered for pond keepers who demand top-tier water clarity and biological performance for large ponds. Designed for ponds up to 30,000 litres, this robust, multi-bay filtration system ensures thorough mechanical and biological filtration with room for customisation. The Fibreglass filter from Kockney Koi is Suitable for goldfish ponds to 30000 litres with 900 inches of goldfish or a 15000 litre koi pond with 300 inches of koi. The total surface area of the media included is greater than 151m2. This creates a substantially greater internal area for bio-mass to thrive. Kintama has double the surface area of most fluid bed medias. The Kockney Koi Platinum 26000 to 30000 also has the option to be used with 2 pumps.
Kit Includes:
- 8 pieces of corrugated foam media in FOUR different grades (coarse, medium coarse, medium fine, fine) for effective mechanical filtration and strong bacterial colonisation
- A sheet of filter wadding for fine water polishing
- A sheet of activated carbon to help remove impurities, odours, and discoloration
- A sheet of Blue Matting, offering additional surface area for mechanical and biological filtration
- A debris collector bag for easy maintenance
- Filter starter bacteria to prime the system and kickstart biological activity
- The second bay is intentionally left empty, with a support grid in the base this gives you the flexibility to add your own choice of media- You can choose from 3 different bacterial media options we stock Alfagrog, Kintama Black or Kintama Gold or reuse media from your existing filter if upgrading.
