MICROBE-LIFT®/Natural Algae Control works by binding excessive nutrients that exist in natural ponds as a result of organic waste by-products. For centuries, barley straw has been used to bind nutrients and assist in maintaining clear water. MICROBE-LIFT Natural Algae control effectively binds and ties up nutrients that are essential for algae growth and survival in a natural process that is safe for the environment, pets and plants.

Microbe Lift Barley Straw Extract
When A pond’s ecosystem is mature and balanced, the water is usually clear and healthy for aquatic life. This maturation process is a function of the microbiological and chemical properties of the water.
Microbe-Lift Barley Straw Liquid and Dry formulations help to mature the pond with natural chenmicals just as a pure mountain stream matures through the years by the introduction of natural breakdown products from trees, plants etc. These natural breakdown products often include Humic and Fulvic acids that have a natural ability to sequester, or tie up, inorganic compounds. So their concentrations in the pond don’t get to the levels that would unbalance the ponds ecosystem. These substances can also lead to natural purification of the pond through a slow release of Hydogen peroxide as they react with sunlight. The Hydrogen peroxide is produced at levels that help purify the water while not having any adverse effects on desirable aquatic life. The sequestering, in conjunction with microbiological cycling, provides a stable natural ecosystem in your pond.

MICROBE-LIFT NiteOut II
MICROBE-LIFT/Nite-Out II is designed specifically for aquarium waters that contain marine life. Its highly-specialized microbial consortium of nitrifying cultures are specially formulated to eliminate ammonia via a natural biological process termed nitrification. The cultures contain in MICROBE-LIFT/Nite-Out II will establish, promote or stabilize and maintain nitrification in aquarium waters, eliminating the toxic effect of ammonia. MICROBE-LIFT/Nite-Out II liquid nitrifying bacteria contains select strains of Nitrosomonas, Nitrospira and Nitrobacter. Nitrosomonas oxidize ammonia to nitrite and Nitrobacter and Nitrospira oxidize nitrite to nitrate.
MICROBE-LIFT/Nite-Out II comprises select microorganisms that are autotrophic – able to use carbon dioxide as the sole source of carbon – and are relatively slow growing, requiring specific conditions for optimum growth with typical cell divisions rates from 8 to 16 hours. Their performance and rate growth is impacted by the environmental parameters required for nitrification.

Microbe-Lift Autumn Winter Prep has been specially formulated for pond winterization. Microbe-Lift Autumn Winter Prep helps to accelerate the decomposition of leaves, sediment and other organic matter during the Autumn and Winter months, and will also jump start your pond in the Spring.
Microbe-Lift Autumn Winter Prep is a two-part system of liquid becteria and dry, water soluble packets containing a blend of cellulose enzymes, cellulose-producing bacteria and a cold weather bacteria. The cellulose enzymes, along with the cellulose-producing bacteria, are the key to accelerating the breakdown of leaves, organic sediment and sludge all Winter long. The cold weather bacteria and liquid bacteria take care of the initial breakdown by-products.

Microbe-Lift AQUA XTREME is a convenient liquid, single-phase, full-function water conditioner that has been scientifically formulated for use in koi and goldfish ponds.
Microbe-Lift AQUA XTREME should be used when:
conditioning new water for ponds; adding (or prior to adding) water, new fish or plants to ponds; and transporting koi and goldfish. It is very important to use Microbe-Lift/AQUA XTREME when adding water to a pond that contains chloramines. Conventional dechlorinators will detoxify the chlorine in the chloramines but do nothing to the ammonia released from the chloramines. Microbe-Lift/AQUA XTREME will detoxify both the chlorine
and the ammonia in chloramines.

Microbe Lift Flocculant Plus is a proprietary formulatiojn used to coagulate suspended solids in the pond water.
After use, the flocculant plus adheres itself to the smaller finer particles renering them heavier which makes these unwanted particles sink and therefore easier to be filtered out via the ponds filtration system
