1, We use Evri for our Economy service this service can take between 2 and 5 day This service starts from £4.90
This is because Evri collect from us on a Monday and Thursday only which will be a Tuesday and Friday delivery to you
2, We use DPD for our premium/standard service which is next working day delivery This service prices start from £7.95
This is collected from us Monday through to Friday This is NOT a Guaranteed next day delivery service however it is a overnight service and is quite often delivered to you the next day, excluding remote areas
3, We use Dx Freight for our standard large service for things like Pipe lengths and larger items This service is £19.95
This is on a next working day delivery and is Monday through to Friday.
4, We use APC for our Fish delivery service This service is £35
This is an overnight service Koi will be scheduled to arrive between 8.00am – 12:00 midday.
You also MUST be in to sign for the koi.
Delivery days are Wednesday, Thursday & now Fridays and will always be pre arranged with you
5, Some larger items and bespoke items are dropped shipped this is to speed up delivery
6, We also ship from our supplier from warehouse again this is to speed up delivery

Aquaforte Phospat 3
Phosphate is one of the main nutrients for algae (blanket weed) in a pond. With these filter cartridges it is possible to keep the phosphate level below 0,035 mg/l! This is the “magic” limit that is too low for algae to grow but does not harm plants and bacteria. When the cartridge is saturated it must be replaced (re-filling or regenerating is not possible). A great advantage compared to other phosphate binding products is that the Phospat does not release the phosphate at all!
