Delivery
We will happily keep them for a following 2 weeks after the prize draw if required FOC , we will charge a small fee to keep them any longer than this date.
Overnight delivery is available on all koi via APC Overnight courier (+£30). koi are scheduled to arrive by 12:00pm (Midday) and you MUST be in to sign for the fish. Delivery days are Wednesday, Thursday or Friday,
We will always contact you before the delivery to confirm a suitable date or if you wish to collect, but pay to reserve your choice, please select the free shipping option.
Cotswold Koi Prize Competition – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Cotswold Koi, Hill Barn, United Kingdom.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Proof of age and identity may be requested before the prize is released.
3. Entry Fee
Each entry costs £10.00 and must be submitted via our website. Entrants may purchase multiple entries.
4. How to Enter
•Purchase your £10 entry. you can buy more than one
•reply to the thank you for your order email with your Answer the skill question below correctly.
•Once all 52 tickets are sold, we’ll host a live draw via YouTube Live.
•One lucky winner will receive the koi!
Only entries with the correct answer will be entered into the final draw.
5. Skill-Based Question
All entrants must answer the following question:
“What variety of koi carp is white with red markings?”
A) Kohaku
B) Showa
C) Sanke
6. Competition Closing
The competition will close when all available entries 52 are sold.
7. Winner Selection
A winner will be selected at random from all correct entries during a live-streamed draw on YouTube Live within 48 hours of competition closing.
8. Prize
The prize is the specific koi carp as advertised in the competition listing, valued at £495 The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
9. Collection or Delivery
The winner may collect the koi carp from Cotswold Koi or request delivery Included in the prize.
10. Notification of Winner
The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 24 hours of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, another draw will take place.
11. Publicity
By entering, the winner agrees to have their first name and county published on our website and social media for promotional purposes.
12. Disqualification
Cotswold Koi reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be in breach of these terms or who uses fraudulent means to enter.
13. Changes to Competition
We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions where necessary due to events beyond our control.
14. Data Protection
Personal information will be used solely for the purposes of administering this competition and will not be shared with third parties.
15. Governing Law
This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
