Yamitsu Hi Flow 50 Air Pump
All aquarists know that fish require oxygen to live. What is not so obvious is that the bacteria that form part of the biological filtration process also require a good oxygen level to be able to perform correctly and keep your water to the desired quality. It is becoming ever more popular for air pumps to be used to raise oxygen levels in filters. This increases the biomass which in turn enhances the overall performance of the filter resulting in better water quality and healthier fish.
The pump is capable of providing sufficient pressure at an output of 50 litres per minute at a depth of 4 feet. This makes it suitable for ponds and large aquariums.
The Yamitsu Hi Flow 50 Air Pump – comes with 2 spare diaphragms, 2 inlet and exhaust valve assemblies, chrome 10 tap manifold, rubber joining piece, clips and full 12 months warranty

How are shipping works
We have several different ways of shipping available on our website for you to select when you go through to checkout
1, We use Evri for our Economy service this service can take between 2 and 5 day This service starts from £4.90
This is because Evri collect from us on a Monday and Thursday only which will be a Tuesday and Friday delivery to you
2, We use DPD for our premium/standard service which is next working day delivery This service prices start from £7.95
This is collected from us Monday through to Friday This is NOT a Guaranteed next day delivery service however it is a overnight service and is quite often delivered to you the next day, excluding remote areas
3, We use Dx Freight for our standard large service for things like Pipe lengths and larger items This service is £19.95
This is on a next working day delivery and is Monday through to Friday.
4, We use APC for our Fish delivery service This service is £35
This is an overnight service Koi will be scheduled to arrive between 8.00am – 12:00 midday.
You also MUST be in to sign for the koi.
Delivery days are Wednesday, Thursday & now Fridays and will always be pre arranged with you
5, Some larger items and bespoke items are dropped shipped this is to speed up delivery
6, We also ship from our supplier from warehouse again this is to speed up delivery
7, We also offer Free Delivery on orders over £100 excluding lengths of pipes and live fish
Lengths of pipe are sent with DX and have a price of £19.95
Live fish are sent with APC and have a price of £35.00
All our shipping company’s do give us tracking information that you should receive by email this includes any orders we drop ship.

Bought this as a replacement for a Hi-Blow 80 which expired after 10 years of service. It is a good alternative just a little noisier otherwise it would be a 5 star rating.
