Very compact size for a total filter system, fits on 1 pallet. The Drum filter part is identical to the AquaForte Prime Drum filter XL. The moving bed module has a volume of over 200 litres and is therefore suitable for at least 100 litres of media such as the Oase Hel X or the Evolution Aqua K Range Because of the slots in the passage, the bio chamber is not suitable for Eco Pond chips. AquaForte Prime Combi-Drum Filter

The AquaForte Prime Combi-Drum Filter is the perfect combination for mechanical & biological filtration in one housing: Drum filter with moving bed. Very compact size for a total filter system, fits on 1 pallet. The Drum filter part is identical to the AquaForte Prime Drum filter XL. Drum filters are fully automatic pre-filters. The water enters the drum filter at the inlet chamber and then flow into a drum-shaped sieve. The AquaForte drum filter is fitted with a 60-micron stainless steel screen, so waste particles that are 0.06mm in size or larger can’t go through the screen. These waste particles will deposit on the inner side of the drum, which will decrease the output flow of clean water through the drum. This will cause a change in water level inside and outside the drum.

The level switch will detect this change in water level and send a signal to the controller to activate the cleaning process. The device itself decides when the spray nozzles clean the screen depending on how dirty the screen is. The dirt is then rinsed into the drain. You decide whether the spray nozzles use tap water (min. pressure 2 bar, max. 4 bar) or clean pond water to rinse the screen. The filtered water flows through the sieve and is then taken to the main filter.

How are shipping works

We have several different ways of shipping available on our website for you to select when you go through to checkout

 

1, We use Evri for our Economy service this service can take between 2 and 5 day This service starts from £4.90

This is because Evri collect from us on a Monday and Thursday only  which will be a Tuesday and Friday delivery to you

 

2, We use DPD for our premium/standard service which is next working day delivery This service prices start from £7.95

This is collected from us Monday through to Friday This is NOT a Guaranteed next day delivery service however it is a overnight service and is quite often delivered to you the next day, excluding remote areas

 

3, We use Dx Freight for our standard large service for things like Pipe lengths and larger items This service is £19.95

This is on a next working day delivery and is Monday through to Friday.

 

4, We use APC for our Fish delivery service This service is £35

This is an overnight service  Koi will be scheduled to arrive between 8.00am – 12:00 midday.

You also  MUST be in to sign for the koi.

Delivery days are Wednesday, Thursday & now Fridays and will always be pre arranged with you

 

5, Some larger items and bespoke items are dropped shipped this is to speed up delivery

6, We also ship from our supplier from warehouse again this is to speed up delivery

 

7, We also offer Free Delivery on orders over £100  excluding lengths of pipes and live fish

Lengths of pipe are sent with DX and have a price of £19.95

Live fish are sent with APC and have a price of £35.00
