Shipping Rules

We have several different ways of shipping available on our website for you to select when you go through to checkout

  • We use Evri for our Economy Service this can take between 2 and 5 days. This service starts from £4.90. Evri collect from us on a Monday and Thursday which is a Tuesday and Friday delivery to you
  • We use DPD and DX for our premium/standard service which is a next working day delivery this service price starts from £7.95. This is collected from us Monday through to Friday, We cannot Guarantee it will be a next day as it is courier dependant
  • We use Dx Freight for our standard large service for things like pipe lengths and larger items This service is £19.95. This is on a next working day delivery and is Monday through to Friday.
  • We use APC for our Fish delivery service this service is £35. This is an overnight service. Koi will be scheduled to arrive between 8.00am – 12:00 midday. You also MUST be in to sign for the koi. Delivery days are Wednesday, Thursday & now Fridays and will always be pre arranged with you
  • Some larger items and bespoke items are dropped shipped to speed up delivery
  • We also ship from our suppliers this is to speed up delivery
  • We also offer Free Delivery on orders over £100 excluding lengths of pipe and live fish
  • Live fish are sent with APC and have a price of £35.00. More than 1 Koi can fit in a box
  • All our shipping companies do give us tracking information that you should receive by email this includes any orders we drop ship.

Kockney Koi AquaPonic Fibreglass Filter Unit

The Kockney Koi AquaPonic filter system uses the fish waste in the water to feed to plant roots before filtering through and returning back to the pond via a blade waterfall after a through filtration process.

Water is pumped to the filter unit from the pond and feeds up to the top tray where there is 11 planting baskets with hessian sheets provided, water overflows from the tray into the base of the filter unit where it is filtered through 4 sheets of foam, a layer of blue matting before going through a stage of our Kintima Black bio media and the returns via the units blade water feature giving a waterfall effect back into the pond.

The unit is suitable for ponds of up to maximum 8,300 litres and a maximum flow rate of 4,150 litres per hour, however to get the best results from this filter we would recommend a pond size of 5,500 with a flow rate of 2,750 per hour. Read more

The KF18,000V is a high quality, free-standing, fibreglass, four bay, filter with integral vortex designed to improve your fish’s environment. Its “state-of-the art” multi chamber design ensures maximum filtration with the minimum of maintenance. The unit is suitable for fish ponds of 18,000 litres and a maximum flow rate of 11,000 litres per hour. However, with lighter stocking densities or in fish free ponds the KF18,000 will comfortably cope with much larger volumes. The integral Vortex enhances the unit’s performance and reduces the maintenance intervals.
