Kusuri Biobalance is a natural mineral powder that will raise carbonate alkalinity (KH), raise pH and assist in stabilising pH swings. Biobalance is a high grade pure carbonate with essential elements and dosed on a weekly basis will improve your water quality. Once you have the desired KH level re-dose weekly. If trickling water in and out, regular KH tests will be required to maintain the desired KH level. Carbonate hardness can become depleted because both the fish and filter bacteria require Calcium Carbonate and Salts to thrive. In soft water areas ponds can be prone to pH crashes due to low levels of carbonate alkalinity (KH). Read more

Dosage:

As a KH & pH buffer: Use 25 grams per 1000 gallons of water daily, until the desired KH or pH is reached. Once you have the desired KH or pH level re-dose weekly. All sizes of Kusuri Biobalance include a handy dose cup. One level dose cup holds 28.5g of Kusuri Biobalance.  Kusuri Biobalance will cloud water for a few hours after application.

    A good product which works well. Disperses quickly when added to the pond, after mixing with some water in a jug.

How are shipping works

We have several different ways of shipping available on our website for you to select when you go through to checkout

 

1, We use Evri for our Economy service this service can take between 2 and 5 day This service starts from £4.90

This is because Evri collect from us on a Monday and Thursday only  which will be a Tuesday and Friday delivery to you

 

2, We use DPD for our premium/standard service which is next working day delivery This service prices start from £7.95

This is collected from us Monday through to Friday This is NOT a Guaranteed next day delivery service however it is a overnight service and is quite often delivered to you the next day, excluding remote areas

 

3, We use Dx Freight for our standard large service for things like Pipe lengths and larger items This service is £19.95

This is on a next working day delivery and is Monday through to Friday.

 

4, We use APC for our Fish delivery service This service is £35

This is an overnight service  Koi will be scheduled to arrive between 8.00am – 12:00 midday.

You also  MUST be in to sign for the koi.

Delivery days are Wednesday, Thursday & now Fridays and will always be pre arranged with you

 

5, Some larger items and bespoke items are dropped shipped this is to speed up delivery

6, We also ship from our supplier from warehouse again this is to speed up delivery

 

7, We also offer Free Delivery on orders over £100  excluding lengths of pipes and live fish

Lengths of pipe are sent with DX and have a price of £19.95

Live fish are sent with APC and have a price of £35.00

How To Use

Use Roccal Wound Cleaner to clean the treatment area. After using Anti-Bac sprinkle Brava Powder, blow off excess powder. Allow powder to absorb into the wound (about 20-30 seconds). Lightly wet again with the Anti Bac and re apply if required. Finally apply Top Coat Sealer over powder and surrounding area. Allow sealer to dry off for at least 50 – 60 seconds.

Kusuri Potassium Permanganate is another popular powdered chemical for various applications. A good disinfectant for ponds and nets. Excellent for the eradication of Trichodina & Costia, and other parasites. It will discolour water for up to 7 days, and can be used down to 10°C (50°F). At higher temperatures Potassium Permanganate removes oxygen from pond water, it is advisable to keep an air stone running and add more air if possible. Kusuri Hydrogen Peroxide 6% can be used to increase the oxygen levels in pond water and also remove the discolouration from the pond water after a course of Kusuri Potassium Permanganate has oxidized from pink to brown. Kusuri recommend NOT using Potassium Permanganate with salt. Read more

Kusuri Hydrogen Peroxide 6% Solution is used for the re-oxygenation of pond water after a treatment of Kusuri Potassium Permanganate. Kusuri Hydrogen Peroxide 6% Solution can be used to increase the oxygen levels and remove the discolouration from pond water after a course of Kusuri Potassium Permanganate has oxidized from pink to brown. It can also be very useful when applied to pond water prior to the removal of sludge and detritus. Kusuri Fluke M is a 50mg/g Flubendazole medication used to eradicate Gill and Body Flukes. This treatment is safe to use without destroying your filter bacteria. It can be used at any temperature. While dosing with Fluke M you can continue to feed. If the mucus layer is excessive, we advise dosing with Chloramine T at 15g per 1000 gallons, 24 hours before using Fluke M, this will assist in reducing the mucus membrane where body flukes can sometimes get trapped.
