Mr Koizumi – Lactobac

Mr Koizumi “Active Lacto-Bac” contains a variety of beneficial components including enzymes, minerals, probiotics, lactic acids, ferment, trace elements, vitamins, and essential amino acids. It helps prevent fungal infections, fin rot, and various bacterial infections.  It also promotes faster healing of wounds and minimizes scar tissue formation. By adding lactic acid bacteria, the water’s balance is maintained, pH levels are stabilized, ammonium and nitrite are bound, and the biological filter is supported. Additionally, it reduces algae growth by depriving them of nutrients, strengthens the immune system, and improves digestion in koi and other fish.

Mr Koizumi Clay 86

Mr Koizumi Clay 86 is ultra-finely ground (smaller than 50 microns), ensuring optimal solution and dispersion in the water without residue. Due to its extremely fine milling, Clay 86 is not filtered out by drum filters. Immediately after addition, it binds toxins, heavy metals, and other impurities, effectively removing them from the water. The use of Clay 86 goes beyond just improving water clarity; it plays a crucial role in promoting the health and well-being of the fish. Instructions for Optimal Use:

• Dissolve 10 to 20 grams weekly per 1000 litres of pond water
• First mix with a limited amount of water in a bucket, then spread evenly along the edges of the pond
• The water will initially become cloudy but will clear within 24 hours, depending on the filtration and amount of organic material in the pond
• Clay 86 can also be added directly to feed (1 – 5%) to improve digestion and nutrient absorption.

Mr Koizumi – Filter Start Gel

Mr Koizumi “Filter Start” is a mix of selected Nitrosomonas and Nitrobacter bacteria that actively break down ammonia and nitrite at a temperature from 8°C. Regularly adding these bacteria to the pond filter increases biological action, optimally removing pollutants like ammonia and nitrite and breaking down organic material, thus preventing filter clogging.  *Concentrated formula*- MR KOIZUMI “FILTER START GEL” contains around 1 BILLION colony forming units per ml making it one of the highest quality pond filter starters available!

Mr Koizumi – Bio Clear Flocculant

Mr Koizumi “Bio Clear” contains a composition of 6 concentrated bacteria aimed at the direct breakdown of organic material. These bacteria break down sludge and act on suspended dirt particles, making pond water clearer in a natural way. Additionally, Bio clear bacteria consume the same nutrients that algae need to grow, reducing the risk of algae blooms and green water.
