How to Use:

  1. Test Water Quality:
    • Start by testing your water quality using NT Labs Test Kits to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment.
  2. Mix Dosage in Bucket:
    • In a clean bucket of pond water, mix the appropriate dosage of Chloramine T.
  3. Evenly Distribute Over Pond Surface:
    • Pour the mixed solution evenly over the surface of the pond.
  4. Switch Off UV Filtration:
    • Turn off UV filtration until 48 hours after adding the final dose.
  5. Aerate Pond Well:
    • Ensure good pond aeration during the treatment period.
  6. Add Filter Bugs After 48 Hours:
    • Add Filter Bugs 48 hours after the final dose to boost the biological filtration in your pond.
  7. Repeat Dose or Different Medication:
    • If a repeat dose is needed, use the Diagnosis Tool to check your diagnosis. A different medication may be more suitable. Wait 10 days after the final dose, perform a partial water change before re-treating or treating with a different medication.
  8. Observe Fish and Take Action:
    • Always treat when you have time to observe fish and take appropriate action in the unlikely event of a bad reaction.

Warning:

  • Do not use with orfe, rudd, tench, or sturgeon/sterlet.
  • Wear disposable vinyl or latex gloves and appropriate eye protection when handling this product.
  • Do not use if the pH is below 7, the carbonate hardness (KH) is below 6°dH, and/or the general hardness (GH) is below 6°dH.
  • Do not use in bright sunlight or in hot, humid, thundery conditions.
  • Do not use if the water temperature is below 10°C.
  • Do not store in a hot place.
  • Do not mix medications.

How are shipping works

We have several different ways of shipping available on our website for you to select when you go through to checkout

 

1, We use Evri for our Economy service this service can take between 2 and 5 day This service starts from £4.90

This is because Evri collect from us on a Monday and Thursday only  which will be a Tuesday and Friday delivery to you

 

2, We use DPD for our premium/standard service which is next working day delivery This service prices start from £7.95

This is collected from us Monday through to Friday This is NOT a Guaranteed next day delivery service however it is a overnight service and is quite often delivered to you the next day, excluding remote areas

 

3, We use Dx Freight for our standard large service for things like Pipe lengths and larger items This service is £19.95

This is on a next working day delivery and is Monday through to Friday.

 

4, We use APC for our Fish delivery service This service is £35

This is an overnight service  Koi will be scheduled to arrive between 8.00am – 12:00 midday.

You also  MUST be in to sign for the koi.

Delivery days are Wednesday, Thursday & now Fridays and will always be pre arranged with you

 

5, Some larger items and bespoke items are dropped shipped this is to speed up delivery

6, We also ship from our supplier from warehouse again this is to speed up delivery

 

7, We also offer Free Delivery on orders over £100  excluding lengths of pipes and live fish

Lengths of pipe are sent with DX and have a price of £19.95

Live fish are sent with APC and have a price of £35.00

 

All our shipping company’s do give us tracking information that you should receive by email this includes any orders we drop ship.
