How are shipping works
We have several different ways of shipping available on our website for you to select when you go through to checkout
1, We use Evri for our Economy service this service can take between 2 and 5 day This service starts from £4.90
This is because Evri collect from us on a Monday and Thursday only which will be a Tuesday and Friday delivery to you
2, We use DPD for our premium/standard service which is next working day delivery This service prices start from £7.95
This is collected from us Monday through to Friday This is NOT a Guaranteed next day delivery service however it is a overnight service and is quite often delivered to you the next day, excluding remote areas
3, We use Dx Freight for our standard large service for things like Pipe lengths and larger items This service is £19.95
This is on a next working day delivery and is Monday through to Friday.
4, We use APC for our Fish delivery service This service is £35
This is an overnight service Koi will be scheduled to arrive between 8.00am – 12:00 midday.
You also MUST be in to sign for the koi.
Delivery days are Wednesday, Thursday & now Fridays and will always be pre arranged with you
5, Some larger items and bespoke items are dropped shipped this is to speed up delivery
6, We also ship from our supplier from warehouse again this is to speed up delivery
7, We also offer Free Delivery on orders over £100 excluding lengths of pipes and live fish
Lengths of pipe are sent with DX and have a price of £19.95
Live fish are sent with APC and have a price of £35.00
All our shipping company’s do give us tracking information that you should receive by email this includes any orders we drop ship.

PRO Line Automatic TopUp System
The Pro-Line Aqua Auto Top-up system is installed with a simple float mechanism with waterline mark. When the water level in your pond drops below the set level the unit will let mains water through and continue to fill the pond until the water level is back up to the desired set point. Read more

The Burtons 600 Bio Chamber is the perfect addition to the Burtons range of Bio Tanks. Ideal for those with limited space or just wanting to add a bit more Bio to their systems. The Burtons 600 Bio chamber can hold up to 100 ltrs of fluidised media. We recommend using a 50/50 mix of our Bio Flo and Bio Tube media which are available in 25ltr and 50ltr bags. Read more

Our through-flow TF drum filters feature more inlets and outlets than our standard range. They have 3 x 110mm inlets on the front and the back, and 2 x 110mm outlets on either side of the drum.
