The leaves of catappa trees and banana are known for their beneficial effects as they contain levels humic acids, tannins and flavonoids, bacteria and moulds that inhibit natural humic acids all of which will improve the colour, vibrancy and mucosa of fish. Herbal health has been produced with the aim to support the health and strength of your fish. It’s composed using among others: Catappa and Banana tree leaves. The leaves of catappa trees and banana are known for their beneficial effects as they contain levels humic acids, tannins and flavonoids, bacteria and moulds that inhibit natural humic acids all of which will improve the colour, vibrancy and mucosa of fish. Perfect when introducing new fish or after the you have treated the pond for either parasitic or bacterial reasons / stressful situations.

Dosage:

Only for use with ornamental fish in garden ponds. Required amount to dilute in a bucket of pond water and then spread evenly around the pond. 1 cap is 10ml. Introduction of new fish: 2ml per 1000lts per day for 5 days. Bacterial problems, poor water quality: 5ml per 1000lts for 5 days, then treat weekly with a maintenance dose: 2ml per 1000lts.

Ingredients:

Extract of: Leaves and seeds of catappa trees and banana leaves, chamomile Blossom, orange peel, basil, ginger. Tivity.

  • We use Evri for our Economy Service this can take between 2 and 5 days. This service starts from £4.90. Evri collect from us on a Monday and Thursday which is a Tuesday and Friday delivery to you
  • We use DPD and DX for our premium/standard service which is a next working day delivery this service price starts from £7.95. This is collected from us Monday through to Friday, We cannot Guarantee it will be a next day as it is courier dependant
  • We use Dx Freight for our standard large service for things like pipe lengths and larger items This service is £19.95. This is on a next working day delivery and is Monday through to Friday.
  • We use APC for our Fish delivery service this service is £35. This is an overnight service. Koi will be scheduled to arrive between 8.00am – 12:00 midday. You also MUST be in to sign for the koi. Delivery days are Wednesday, Thursday & now Fridays and will always be pre arranged with you
  • Some larger items and bespoke items are dropped shipped to speed up delivery
  • We also ship from our suppliers this is to speed up delivery
  • We also offer Free Delivery on orders over £100 excluding lengths of pipe and live fish
  • Live fish are sent with APC and have a price of £35.00. More than 1 Koi can fit in a box
  • All our shipping companies do give us tracking information that you should receive by email this includes any orders we drop ship.

Pond Log-Flocculant/Phosphate Remover

Pond Logs, Mini Pond Logs, and Pond Zingers are designed to work in flowing conditions.  As water moves over and around the log, it slowly dissolves, releasing its components into the water column causing excess inanimate nutrients, such as phosphorous, to bind together.  As they bind together, the particulate gets heavier and heavier and then settles to the bottom of the pond or is filtered out.

Usage:
Place The Water Cleanser in an area where the water flow is strongest. Where multiple blocks are being used, ensure that they are evenly spaced. Depending on existing water quality, full effects can be seen within 4-10 weeks.

  • The 1kg (2.2 lbs) Standard block treats up to 100 sq. meters (1,100 sq. ft.) of surface area.
  • 1 Block (200g) treats 265 gal. (for Aquarium tanks)
  • 1 Block (200g) treats 800 gal. (for Koi / fish ponds)
  • For cloudy or overcrowded water double the dosage.

Biota Lacto Bacterial Treatment

The lactic acid bacteria in Biota Lacto are very useful for the biological balance and the breakdown of organic substances within the water. They produce various enzymes, including amylase, phytase, protease and lipase, which contribute to the breakdown of proteins and organic matter in the pond. In addition, lactobacilli produce substances such as bacitracin and reuterine that have an antibacterial effect and inhibit or kill the growth of pathogenic bacteria. During the cultivation process in the Biota Bacterial Activator, all beneficial substances for your pond are created. With the help of specially selected bacterial strains and the right nutrients, enzymes, antibiotic substances and lactic acids are produced during this process. After activation, you can simply add directly to your pond. Read more

Dosage:

  • One 25 ml measuring spoon is sufficient after 24 hours of activation for 5,000 ltrs (1,100gallons) of pond water. A maximum of 10 measures of 25 ml can be activated in 1lt of water. After 24 hours of activation pour evenly around the pond. With bacterial problems, repeat the operation every day for 5 days. It is advisable to switch off all UV and ozone for at least 24 hours while treating.

Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Store at room temperature in a dark place and wash hands after use.
