This Microbe-Lift Clean & Clear has been manufactured with a special blend of beneficial bacteria that keeps ponds clean & clear. Clean & Clear consist of photosynthetic bacteria which is grown in the bottle in which it is sold, it is due to this unique process that you receive the bacteria in tip top condition. Photosynthetic bacteria can be a very beneficial in balancing the ecology of a pond. This bacteria will compete with the algae for their nutrition and sunlight.

Microbe-Lift Clean n Clear seems to work but it does take a few weeks to take effect. Along with my Evolution Aqua evo55 uv it cleared up the murky water nicely in my overstocked temporary koi pond.
