These drums feature 2 x 110mm inlets and 2 x 110mm outlets. The Burtons Drum BD-300 Cube with UV is fitted with a cover switch, which cuts power to the drum motor and UV when the lid is lifted off. Burtons BD-150 Drum Filter Kit

At Cotswold koi we understand that sometimes it can be confusing to know what equipment you require for your pond, So we have put together this useful Burtons BD-150 Drum filter kit which will make your life a 100% easier. This Kit is recommended for koi ponds up to 3,000 gallons or 13,500 litres and garden ponds up to 5000 gallons or 22,500 litres.

The kit includes everything you need to get your filter up and running and you can even customise each item to suit your own individual project.

System spec:
  • 4″ single Aerated Bottom Drain and pipework and 4″ ball valve.
  • 4″ wall skimmer and pipework and 4″ ball valve.
  • Both these would feedback to the Drum filter.
  • Hi Blow XP 40 Air Pump to power the Aerated drain.
  • Hi Blow XP 40 Air Pump to Aerate the bio chamber.
  • We’ve decided to include with the Burtons BD-150 Drum filter kit, two Evolution Aqua Varipump 10000 (dual pumps build redundancy into the system).
