The Pump Fed XL Filter Drum features 5 water inlets for connection to submersed AquaMax Eco Expert pumps and the new Bitron Premium Ultraviolet Clarifiers. The Pump Fed XL Drum Filter Module is supplied with intelligent filter-mounted controller for automatic cleaning of the 16 individual drum filter sieves. The filter sieves will screen out debris down to 60 microns but can be changed to optional 30 micron or 150 micron sieves depending on the level of filtration required. The Pump Fed XL drum filter can accept flow rates from 25,000 Litres/Hour up to 50,000 Litres/Hour. Read more

The Oase ProfiClear Pump Chamber Compact/Classic is part of the ProfiClear modular filter system and can be used as a gravity version or for pumped systems (gravity feed line). It ensures the correct positioning of the filter feed pump. This reduces pressure losses, simplifies maintenance and winterisation of the pump and ensures standard-compliant installation in swimming ponds. A sedimentation chamber is located at the bottom of the module. Dirt collected in the sedimentation chamber is flushed out via the floor drain. The Fresh-Skim protein skimmer, is an extremely efficient fresh water protein skimmer due to their large volume. As the proteins are directly removed from the water column, the filter system will have a significantly lighter job to do. The biological load of the water will be lower, besides the fact that the air bubbles will increase the oxygen level of the water. This will aid both fish growth as well as water clarity. The recommended flow is based on a contact time of at least 1 minute which makes the Fresh-Skim also qualified as a safe ozone reactor. When ozone is used we recommend the use of a residual ozone destroyer for the air outlet to prevent the release of ozone in the air. There are 2 options for mounting the redox electrode into the pipe system: in between the pump and the skimmer (before the ozone dosing), or in the return pipe from the skimmer (after the ozone dosing), or better, using both. Bigger skimmers are available on demand. The ceramic air diffusers should be replaced yearly to maintain maximum efficiency. The skimmer should be fed with pre-filtered water (i.e. after a sieve- or drum filter) and the water should return to the pond freely by gravity, without any head pressure.

The SuperSieve Pump Fed system offers a straightforward solution for removing larger particles of dirt (over 0.2 mm) from pond water. Specifically designed for ponds where the pump resides within the pond itself, this system efficiently filters dirty water before it reaches a biological filter.
At the heart of the SuperSieve Pump is its specialized industrial curved screens. These screens consist of razor-sharp triangular rods angled in relation to each other, incorporating a precise 300-micron (0.3 mm) slit. As water flows against the sharp edges of the triangles, surface tension is broken, allowing dirt particles to be pushed away from the screen and lifted out of the water. UltraSieve filters are the most reliable pre-filters on the market. This is partly due to the simple design, with just one moving part. The pre-filter is not self-cleaning, but it is very easy to maintain. Open the slide valve and the debris can be washed away. The UltraSieve pre-filters have a stainless steel filter element that never needs to be replaced. Thanks to the triangular stainless steel rods at a 7° angle, the water falls directly through the sieve, but the debris remains. A major advantage of this principle is that the debris is truly removed from the water circulation. The Ozone Redox UVC has a special 75watt T5 UV-C lamp that generates ozone as well as UV-C at the same time. The lamp produces 600mg/h ozone and 25.000 microwatt of UV-C radiation output. The lamp produces ± 4000 hrs ozone & ± 9000 hrs of UV-C radiation. The Low Pressure version comes with an air pump that pushes‚½ the ozone out of the unit and a static mixer‚½ that mixes the ozone with water with virtually no pressure loss.
